On renewal of fascias and soffits all old existing timber will be removed, rafter ends are checked and then new treated tanalised backing fascia is fitted including a P.V.C drip. There is a 10-year guarentee provided with these works.
We also supply cast aluminium gutters and down pipes in any colour. These gutters and down pipes are very robust and long lasting and only require painting after a long period of time. This system can be provided in a powder-coated finish. U.P.V.C guttering will be guarenteed for 5 years and cast aluminium for 8 years.
Scaffolding can be provided, if necessary, to ensure the works are carried out effectively and safely. all rubbish will be cleared from the site on completion of the works.
